Proudly locally owned and operated since 2008, Connell's Building & Renovations is a fully licensed and insured business, registered with the QBCC. We began our journey as a small cleaning business, but after Jeff completed his qualifications, we gradually transitioned into the building industry, starting with general maintenance and smaller projects.
Over time, our focus shifted towards renovations, extensions, and more complex building projects. Today, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and tailored solutions that transform spaces and bring our clients’ visions to life.

The woman behind the scenes ensuring everything is running on schedule. Stacey is passionate about nurturing our clients throughout the whole process of working with us.

Qualified Carpenter
Glen is the glue that holds the team together! A highly qualified chippie, that cares for all of our client's projects. He never leaves a stone unturned with his exceptional eye for detail!

Flynn Crumlish
4th year Apprentice
Flynn is our dedicated 4th-year apprentice, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to every project. Always eager to learn and take on new challenges, he’s quickly building his skills and contributing to the team with a positive attitude.
Whether it’s tackling hands-on tasks on site or supporting the crew behind the scenes, Flynn’s reliability and commitment make him a valued member of our team.
Rebecka Long
Materials & Mayhem Manager
From keeping the office organised and on track, to helping Jeff with quoting, to hunting down the best material prices, Bec does it all with ease. She also supports Stacey in the office and works behind the scenes to keep everything flowing seamlessly.
And yes — she’s the brilliant mind behind Tiara Friday!
Jake Houwen
New Apprentice
Jake is the newest member of the Connell's Building & Renovations team, joining us as an apprentice with a strong work ethic and a passion for the building industry.
Eager to learn and develop his skills, Jake works alongside our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of renovation and construction projects. We're excited to support him as he begins his career in the trade.
Ryan Connell
Head Photographer/Helper
Ryan is our Head Photographer and Project Support team member, capturing the progress and transformations of our projects from start to finish.
When he's not behind the camera, Ryan is always ready to lend a hand on site, assisting the team wherever needed. His creativity, positive attitude, and willingness to help ensure every project is documented and every milestone is shared with our clients and community.
